What are refunds?

Refunds are when a consumer or business essentially returns an item purchased because either it wasn’t the correct item, the item had an issue, or they just didn’t want it. The amount a consumer receives is usually the purchase prices plus taxes and possibly fees.  Not all fees are refundable.
