What is order fulfillment?

Order fulfillment refers to the steps between receiving the information about a customer’s order and delivering it to the customer. The process of fulfilling orders is one of the biggest components of customer satisfaction, even though the customer is not aware of the effort behind the scenes. To ensure that the customer’s order will arrive on time and as expected, it must be packaged accurately and shipped on time.
