ACH Authorization
What is an ACH Authorization?
An ACH Authorization is when a receiver agrees to permit ACH credit or debit entries into their account. Credit card transactions can be authorized verbally, but debit transactions require written consent or other forms of authentication, such as digital signatures or PINs when conducted electronically.
ACH (Automated Clearing House) authentication is a process used in electronic payments to verify the identity and account information of the parties involved in a transaction.
