What operating systems are supported?

All Microsoft supported versions of Windows are supported. MAC operating systems are not currently supported.

What is the cost of InstantAccept?

Can I choose my end of day batching?

Yes, the InstantAccept gateway supports setting your batch close time, of course, this is dependent upon your payment processor and your merchant account type.

Is Next Day Funding available?

Yes. Contact your sales representative to setup

If you are using InstantAccept for your merchant account, YES. If you are using another payment processor, it will depend on your merchant account provider.

Can I process Gift Cards?

YES, any gift cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo are supported. InstantAccept also has its own gift card platform available for its merchants and their customers.

How do I get my credentials?

InstantAccept will send you an auto-generated email with your username and credentials.

Why would I use Instant Accept and not just QuickBooks® by itself?

InstantAccept provides users with freedom of choice while providing value-added features that save time and money. No matter what version of Quickbooks® you use, you can create invoices, accept payments, and automatically apply the payments to your Quickbooks® accounting. Using InstantAccept allows you to choose whichever processor you would like so that you can negotiate your own fees and find the best deal out there. Other than the fees, InstantAccept has added many enhancements that allow you to have more security and additional functionality that QuickBooks® does not offer.

What are the benefits of using Instant Accept and not just QuickBooks®?

InstantAccept has added many enhancements to QuickBooks® including the ability to store customer credit card information in a PCI compliant vault that is not found on the local PC QuickBooks® is running on, run transactions from other devices (such as a mobile app or a shopping cart) and pull those transactions back in to your local version of QuickBooks® and InstantAccept eliminates the need for a separate POS terminal which will cut out the hassle of re-keying all of your transactions back into QuickBooks®. Is a merchant account required to use Instant Accept?

No, you can use InstantAccept without a merchant account but the full features of InstantAccept are only realized with a merchant account. We are agnostic in what payment processor you choose and InstantAccept supports all major banks and processors.

Can I use my current credit card processor?

Yes, you can keep the processor you are currently with.

Do I need a payment processing gateway?

InstantAccept has a proprietary gateway solution and is included with the InstantAccept services. No additional software is required.

What versions of QuickBooks® does Instant Accept work with?

InstantAccept works with QuickBooks® Financial (Pro, Premier, and Enterprise) from 2010 to current, QuickBooks® Point of Sale (Basic and Pro) Version 10 to Current and QuickBooks® Online.

Can I use my preexisting Gift Cards with InstantAccept?

Yes, you can sign up with our InstantAccept Gift Card Program. We can convert all existing Gift Cards and provide new ones when needed.
